Pest Innovations #587 removes all sorts of wild animals, critters and birds from residential and commercial properties,

We also provide cleanup, sanitization, deodorization, and exclusion work to keep your wildlife problem from recurring,
be it a colony of bats in a building, raccoons in the attic, or destructive behaviors of critters such as squirrels, gophers and pigeons.
"Thanks to the hard, efficient work of Mike, my little poodle is free to play in our yard without getting skunked or intimidated by raccoons or possums. The service was even better than described."
Skunk Facts: A skunk is easily recognized by the white stripe down its back and by the horrible stink it can make. Skunks make their homes underneath decks, sheds and just about any other crawlspace they can fit under. Skunks are omnivores—a skunk will eat just about anything, including trash, carrion and any pet food lying around.
Even though skunks may seem harmless, a skunk's potent smell will irritate your eyes and can even cause temporary blindness. Once you're sprayed, you'll find it very difficult to get rid of the nasty skunk smell! What's more, skunks can carry rabies... and the skunk will attack if cornered or threatened. These are good enough reasons not to try and get rid of a skunk on your own.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Torrance and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve
raccoon families in attics and chimneys,
mud swallow nests on stucco,
woodpeckers drilling siding,
voles and gophers destroying lawns,
rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics,
skunks stealing pet food
and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and
commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake;
skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system?
We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife
removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals,
we do a lot of other dirty work, too.
Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal,
pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings,
decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing,
odor control for skunk spray,
and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years.
My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

I have bats in a covered patio area in my back yard. They have actually been there a couple of years. We noticed them last year but did not act in time (based on info we obtained) to do anything until now. They are making entry through small gaps between our brick pillars and the hardi-plank trim to the roof area. We believe that this area is sealed off from the rest of the attic, as we have never seen any bats in our attic area. We are interested in having the bats excluded, the entry holes sealed, and measures put in place to get rid of them for good. The number provided is my personal cell and I may not be able to answer it all the time. If you call and I don't answer please leave a message. I would like a price estimate on doing the items identified above, and whatever else you may think is needed. Clay W.
Bats have infested our home through the chimney and attic and we need them removed ASAP. Two have gotten into the house over the course of a week and we have an infant. There are seemingly hundreds of bats in our house. Mary R.
I saw a bat in my attic last night, I turned on the light and a few minutes later saw it flying around obviously bothered by the light. I have been in the attic almost nightly over the last few months and have never seen one in there before, nor have I seen any droppings or smelled any strange odor. Is this a lost bat that came in to find food? Will it leave on its own? I am afraid to open the attic door now because I don't want it in the house. I was so frightened when I saw it I ran out and left on the light. All I can think of is that scene from the Great Outdoors and I don't want it touching me! What do I do? Jennifer B.
