York, Pennsylvania has Bat Problems
York, Pennsylvania residents know that professional help is the only real solution to bat problems.
My mother's house has bats in the attic can you remove then and keep them out? Bev B.
I am currently looking at purchasing a home in Pennsylvania and according to the inspector there are approximately 20 bats in the attic above the garage. I am interested in getting a little more information on the removal and an estimate as to what it will cost to have them removed from the home. Sally W.
Our chimney cap has blown off and now we have bats in our chimney. I am not sure if they are all adult bats or if there are baby bats too. I can purchase the one way chimney cap for our home that lets the bats out but now back in, but I am afraid if there are baby bats then they will die in our chimney. Our home is a one story house, and the bats have not gotten in to any other part of our house. Nicole S.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
York and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve
raccoon families in attics and chimneys,
mud swallow nests on stucco,
woodpeckers drilling siding,
voles and gophers destroying lawns,
rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics,
skunks stealing pet food
and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and
commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake;
skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system?
We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife
removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals,
we do a lot of other dirty work, too.
Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal,
pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings,
decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing,
odor control for skunk spray,
and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years.
My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Raccoons Cause Problems in York, Pennsylvania
York, Pennsylvania residents want to get rid of pesky raccoons.
I just purchased a new home in Pennsylvania. I have 6 thirty foot tall bushy thin trees used for privacy and found out last night I have raccoons living in it. I have 2 small children and the last thing I need is for them to run into one of them. Charles W.
Around 6 months ago, I've seen three baby raccoons in my back yard. One was injured so we called the shelter and they were able to caught him away. However, the other two were kept wander around our back yard. And I think they grew up pretty big now that they dig up holes in our yard, eats and mess the vegetables my father planted. We have no idea how to get rid of them. Also is it even legal to do it so? How much is the estimated price and is it guaranteed to get all of them? My father said, he always seen just one raccoons doing all the mess every night, so I think it's just one raccoon now. Eric C.
I have notice a hole in my chimney that allows access to my attic. I have heard scratching noise come and go; nothing that has been consistent until last night. The noise started at about 11 p.m. then got worse at dawn. I looked in the attic and saw 1 raccoon & am not sure if more are there. Travis B.
