Rodents in Redford, Michigan

Residents of Redford, Michigan are experiencing rodent problems on their properties.

We have noticed a scratching sound behind our wall in the master bedroom, we have also heard a small animal running around on cardboard boxes in the basement. We have not noticed any feces or urine from them but when we bought our house I started renovation and found a dead rat in the ceiling with a lot of bedding. I think they may have returned to the home.  -Jessica R

I have either a chipmunk or squirrel, I’m not sure which, in my attic. We have seen one go under the siding of our house and then get in the soffit. Over the past two days we have been able to hear scratching noises in the ceiling just under where the attic space is. I am interested in trapping and exclusion services to get rid of the rodent(s).         -Oakley N

We started noticing sounds in the walls in October. In the past we\'ve had field mice come in when the weather started to get cold, thinking this I set my usual mouse traps. The mouse traps weren\'t working and the sounds got louder. Then one evening I saw a rat in my kitchen. We set some rat traps and shortly after one snapped and we thought we had it. But the trap was empty and ever since then no traps have been hit. The noise is mainly in our bedroom walls now and two nights ago I woke up to something running across our bedroom floor. We are at our wits end and need help asap!!     -Brielle R

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Redford and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Animal Problems in Redford, Michigan

Redford, Michigan residents are having problems with the animals destroying their properties.

We have a treehouse that is currently being used almost nightly as a raccoon latrine. It\'s been going on for the past three years. There\'s a family of them that comes by our yard nightly, and they all go up and poop once their done foraging in our back yard. The surface is flat and covered in roofing shingle sheets.        -Ryan C

Woodpeckers are regularly drilling holes into our wood sided house in a couple of different areas. We\'ve tried basic deterrent methods (visual designed to scare birds) and nothing has worked. They continue to drill nesting holes and even when we fill and patch, they return and re-drill. This has been a recurring problem since spring last year.          -Todd L

We saw a bat in our basement and think we heard one in our attic this week, although we didn\'t see that one. We\'ve never had an issue with them before. We would like someone to come in and inspect the areas and possibly help us block them from coming back. This is the first sign of any wildlife in our home in the 11 years we\'ve lived here.          -Marnie T
