Midway, Utah is Having Problems with Winged Creatures

The residents of Midway, Utah are tired of hearing animals go bump in the night (and day); specifically those with wings.

We have a flock of pigeons that just love our roof and chimneys. However, we don\'t love their crap and constant cooing. I have two young children and I am worried about the spread of illness, not to mention the damage to our home.  I would like to have someone come remove them as soon as possible.     -Kristin F

I left my house for three months and returned last Friday to a nightmare. I\'ve been hearing fluttering noises all week. Tonight I heard a squeak or a chirp and scratching from the attic. That was kind of creepy, it was the loudest that it had ever been. Part of me thought that it might break my ceiling! It has been mostly at night, but I did hear some fluttering during the day today.  I assume that it is bats and I would like them removed.        -Phil H

I have just had my home painted and old woodpecker holes repaired in the fall and they have come back with a vengeance!  There are a total of eight holes now, seven on three different sides of the house and one on the barn.  I am interested in removing them from my house, repairing the damage and finding permanent solution to avoid recurrence.    -Peter T.

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Midway and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Animal Problems in Midway, Utah

Being close to the trees can have its downfalls. Locals in Midway, Utah no all too well that animal problems are a common occurrence.

My lawn is being chewed up by Voles for the first time. It seems like there are two areas where they are living on our land. We have owned our home for two years this year and have not had any issues until now.  We need to figure out a plan to remove the Voles before they destroy my lawn and/or gardens.  Thanks.       -Stephan M

About a week ago, we saw two raccoons on our property. I had my husband inspect our roof to see if there were any holes and we found a hole on the side of our house, but had not seen the raccoon since the original sighting. Last night, around 6pm as I was about to park curbside near my home, I saw something poking around that area. I waited to see if it was a squirrel or a raccoon, and when the creature fully came into view it was a raccoon. I went to call my spouse to tell him that I had seen a raccoon coming out of the hole, but it did not go too far, it was still in the vicinity. I asked my husband to cover the hole before it returned, which he did. While we were inside, my son called me and told me that he was hearing from scratching noise from the outside and when we looked, it was the raccoon in the same area.  Apparently it had returned and saw the hole blocked. My son and I kept hearing noise all night long which we assume there must still be something there. When my son and I were leaving this morning, it was still hanging around. I’m worried about it being around and that there might be a baby under the house.        -Carrie Ann S.

For several weeks there has been a skunk(s) that frequently sprays in my yard and I have found holes and possible areas where the skunk may be living in my yard. I have a fenced yard off of the back porch area. The dog has been sprayed now both in the mornings and late night periods when outside. I need help getting rid of the skunk(s) before the smell/problem gets worse.      -Lauren K
