Raccoons have invaded Elliot, Maryland
Raccoon problems are common in Elliot, Maryland
We have a friendly family of raccoons that has returned to our home and made their nest in the attic every summer over the past few years, each of which we have had to close up a new hole or the same hole once again. Traps have removed the raccoons, but they greatly enjoy our home and find their way back despite distances traveled to place them in a new home in the wild. I respect their loyalty to and love of our house...I love it very much as well and have found them to be unruly tenants who have done some unwanted tenant "improvements" and never pay rent. Please please please get them and their waste out of our home and make sure they never come back! Megan M.
We have previously spotted a "family" of about 3 raccoons in our small, backyard. The opening to the crawl space beneath the yard has been broken and we believe the family is living there at night. We'd like to have the family removed from the crawl space and the opening sealed. Nicole W.
There's a dumpster next to my house (in a new neighborhood full of construction) and I have seen multiple raccoons and a skunk. I have pets and I am concerned for their safety, and I certainly don't want that smell around. William S.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Elliot and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve
raccoon families in attics and chimneys,
mud swallow nests on stucco,
woodpeckers drilling siding,
voles and gophers destroying lawns,
rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics,
skunks stealing pet food
and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and
commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake;
skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system?
We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife
removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals,
we do a lot of other dirty work, too.
Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal,
pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings,
decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing,
odor control for skunk spray,
and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years.
My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Bats cause problems in Elliot, Maryland
Elliot, Maryland residents don't want to share their home with bats.
Bats are in the louvered gable over the attic. We noticed the droppings in the garage entrance. We've seen at least 7 fly our. There may be more. We need to remove them as soon as possible. John C.
We recently moved into a new house and have found a family of bats living in our chimney. We're not entirely sure how long they have been there as we just recently heard them, and were not told about them when we were moving in. We would like them removed, but do not want to kill them. John E.
I live in a two story older home and two weeks ago a bat flew out of my bedroom and across the house, then disappeared. We hired a local pest control company to investigate the house and they assured us there were no signs of any more bats. This was a random occurrence. But, then I went out of town and came home to find three more bats hanging from my high den ceilings. They were rather lethargic too and not flying around or scared of me. I couldn't get them out of the house. There is an odd smell in one corner of the wall. Margaret A.
