Squirrel Problems in Aurora, Colorado?
Aurora, Colorado is part of the heavily populated Colorado front range. It is so developed that many people think that they shouldn't have wildlife problems, but there are plenty of problems in sub-urbia.
Take a look at these calls-for-help from our customers:
I live in a duplex in Aurora, CO. I own it. I am having a horrific problem with squirrels! It sounds like they are playing cat and mouse in my attic. I have been up there numerous times to chase them out. I have also had much roof damage and inside leaks due to them. I have no trees in my own yard but have paid to have the trees trimmed around hoping to block their access. These dang things can obviously fly or climb. I am afraid they are going to do electrical or other damage to my house. What can I do? Ann W.
Likely squirrel problem. Not having much luck with local pest control company we have used in the past for mice. Have a Heart traps have not been successful. Damage is being done to insulation in crawlspace and attic. Food is being foraged within the house. Jennifer B.
I'm fairly certain there are squirrels in the attic of my single family home. I don't know how they are getting in. Please let me know the cost of removal. Kent L.

Squirrels are common in many urban areas. Homes are cozy places for them to next and raise their young, far preferred to some old, cold tree. Ann is right to worry about electrical damage. Many house fires that start in attics are due to wiring chewed by squirrels. Our squirrel removal services are performed by expert technicians who know how to get rid of squirrels. We can give you an estimate over the phone—you might be surprised at how cost effective is it compared to traditional pest control companies and especially when compared to the cost of tree trimming or, worse yet, a house fire. Call or e-mail us to get help today.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Aurora and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

How do I get rid of bats in my house?
We recently received this inquiry from a distressed homeowner:
I have an older home in Aurora, Colorado that I bought in 1975. Every since I moved in we have had periodic bat problems. Over the years I probably had a dozen bats in the house. About one every couple years. But, starting in 2005 it has been a plague of bats. Two one night in September, then about one a month. I have to assume they have a nest in the house somewhere. My attic is finished. I had a carpenter spend two days going around the eves trying to seal cracks. He charged me a pretty penny. My wife is about to move out. I need advice. Steve W.
Steve, your carpenter is probably a very good carpenter, but what you need is a bat removal specialist. Hire the right sort of person for the job. You wouldn't have your dentist set a broken arm. We are experts at removing bats and preventing their return. Buy your wife flowers and tell her you called us. Help is on the way.
