A Skunk Smells in Grand Haven, Michigan
If you smell a skunk in Grand Haven, Michigan you are not alone:
We rent an apartment in a duplex and we have a skunk problem. Our skunk has just started to re-appear within the last month. Last year in the winter, a skunk ( or the same skunk ), stunk up our apartment and outside 3-4 times a week and the smell was overwhelmingly strong. On one occasion after bearing the smell several times, we were forced to go to a hotel. We are not prepared to go through that again. WE ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE IN OUR APARTMENT. The Skunk is outside right now and all the windows are closed. Brett T.
We have skunks getting into our indoor vents from behind heater in the garage. We can hear them in the air vents in our house on occasions. My husband thinks there are approximately 5 skunks. He has a cage which he has trapped them in but they get out of the cage before he can get them. He does not know how they are getting out of the cage. This has been going on for some time and it is overwhelming us. Margaret T.
Believe it or not, a skunk sprayed in our garage, entire house smells. It is too strong for us to go into the house at all. Please help ASAP! Heather L.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Grand Haven and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve
raccoon families in attics and chimneys,
mud swallow nests on stucco,
woodpeckers drilling siding,
voles and gophers destroying lawns,
rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics,
skunks stealing pet food
and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and
commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake;
skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system?
We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife
removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals,
we do a lot of other dirty work, too.
Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal,
pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings,
decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing,
odor control for skunk spray,
and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years.
My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Grand Haven, Michigan isn't feeling hospitable to swallows
Grand Haven, Michigan residents want to get rid of swallows:
Our home is about 4 1/4 years old and it is stucco. This is the first year for us to have sallows building nests on the stucco towards the roof. please let us know how to get rid of these swallows and what damage can they cause to our stucco? Stewart M.
Removal of swallows nest under eaves. Please provide estimate for removal, cleanup and installation of repelling device. Aaron R.
We have what we think is a Barn Swallow nest on the inside eave of the front porch, which is making life very difficult. We feel like we can't go out to get the paper or the mail because some bird materializes out of nowhere every time the front door opens. Basically we feel like we are prisoners in our own home. I guess the birds that come and go from the nest could be sitting on eggs, but there is no way to tell for sure - it is up too high to look in. Lisa T.
