Vassar, Michigan has Problems with Raccoons
Vassar, Michigan residents look for raccoon control options:
I have raccoons in my attack. They have been coming back each year for the past three years and finding more and more innovative ways to get into my attic. Every time I close up one area, they find another way to get in. They even went as far as removing the mesh around my exhaust fan and bending the fan to get in. Now they are tearing up the wood around the eaves of my home. Help! Claudine M.
We have what I think is a raccoon in the eaves of our roof. There is a horrific urine odor in our family room and a spot on the ceiling that I assume is urine from the animal. There are paw prints going up our wooden posts on the porch that leads up to the roof. We have been disturbed by this odor for over a year now and just discovered these clues. Will the odor ever leave the room? DeeAnn P.
We have a raccoon in our attic. I believe its just one. He was supposedly removed before they sealed up the hole. Not. Now he can't get out and keeps taking the piece of wood of our attic opening which is in our bedroom. But he won't jump down so we could maybe throw a blanket over him and throw him out, or herd him out the door. We can't sleep at night because he keeps messing with the wood opening. He's been up there for a couple months. I thought he would die by now and I could just go up and remove him, but the little bugger won't die. Troy M.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Vassar and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Rats are a serious problem in Vassar, Michigan
Rat removal needs in Vassar, Michigan:
I just bought a house and it smelled bad the owner was family and said he had put out rat poison. When the cable guy came he said there were a lot of dead rats under the house mostly decomposed but not all of them. Some as large as a rabbit. All are dead. The smell is not so bad at this time because we have been moving my brother-in-laws furniture out. Tiffany B.
We have had rats in the attic on and off since we have owned our home. Each year we kill them and seal up where if seems that they are entering. They go away, only to return in the Spring again. This year they are not taking any of the usual bait. They are not in our home or the walls. Just the attic. Sylvia B.
We have rats. We've tried using rat traps, but I think they have reproduced and are living in our walls. How many are there? I am afraid to find out. Stephanie R.
