Raccoons are a serious problem in Centreville, Maryland
Why does Centreville, Maryland have so many raccoons?
Raccoons are visiting our backyard every 1-3 days. The main issue now is they are turning over my new lawn sods. How can I get rid of these raccoons? I think there are two of them. Danny S.
We have a raccoon (maybe more than one) under the deck attached to the rear of our house. We would like removal and perhaps prevention estimates. Don S.
We are purchasing a home and are set to close. The home inspection turned up a raccoon invasion. Raccoons were also spotted on the roof by a neighbor. At a minimum I know we need decontamination and possibly repair of the structure. I am not sure if any raccoons or babies are still present in the attic. The attic also needs to be bombed for fleas according to our inspector. After closing I need to schedule someone to come out ASAP so that we may have this taken care of and prepare the house so we may move in. Kim N.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Centreville and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Centreville, Maryland has a lot of Pigeons
Pigeon problems are all too common in Centreville, Maryland.
There are 2 pigeons living my attic. I have been in the attic and tried to catch them but have not been able to get to them. It looks as though I need someone that can catch them in a cage. Darrel B.
We have a pigeon problem with about 25 pigeons roosting and nesting on our second story roof and gutters. We have already started trying to deal with it by nailing wire mesh in front of the 3 eaves under which they were nesting and plan to put more on top of the gutters where they are nesting. It has been a big cleaning project and we have already paid a man several hundred dollars to install the mesh and clean up the roof. But how can we make sure they don't come back again? Linda L.
Recently moved into a home with a suspected pigeon nest in the eves of the home's second story. I would like the pigeons and their mess removed and the home "bird-proofed" to prevent this from occurring again. David C.
