Raccoons in Woods Cross, Utah

Raccoons are running amuck in Woods Cross, Utah, and are causing many disturbances with the locals there.  From homes to businesses, it seems like no one is safe!

The Following stories come from actual customers that have had major raccoon problems and have called us.  Luckily, we were able to resolve each of them.

We have heard what I think are raccoons in the roof/attic for a number of weeks and I thought I heard baby squeaks. They have been active both day and night usually above the far corners of the house. They definitely have the body and claws of a larger animal (not squirrels or bats). We have an entrance to the attic through the house/food pantry but I have no idea how they got in. Do you find and seal holes that raccoons would use as an entrance? I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi! I recently moved my business into a large commercial building that has a MAJOR raccoon problem. The animals are extremely large in size and are abundant. I\'ve brought this to the attention of my landlord, and apparently there was a problem in the past that they thought they had taken care of. Obviously, not. Recently, there has been a great deal of crying / squealing under my business floorboards, which I read was \"mating\" time. Plus, there is evidence that random people in the local business area are feeding them! My employee used a humane trap this week and caught one, and said he would relocate it, but there are many more. They continuously scare me and my employees, and do not seem afraid of humans (which is more frightening) and, I have seen them before the sun goes down which makes me nervous about rabies. I am immune compromised and just read your information regarding other disease and health risks that they can create. I\'m going to let my landlord know I contacted you. Raccoons in photos or cartoons are adorable...not so much when they are hiding near your car tires! Please help! Thank you.

I believe there are raccoons getting into my walls through an open drain on my roof in the back of my house.. I am able to hear them daily and yes they have scratched through the drywall. One night, I saw a foot poking through a tiny hole in the wall, I ended up putting a board over it to prevent him from making the hole bigger but I was terrified!  There is also a possibility of babies in the walls as well, I do hear squeaking quite often.  Please get these animals out!

Raccoon Problems are common and can often be extreme.  Feel free to call the number at the top of the screen and we will do our best to help you with your raccoon problems.

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Woods Cross and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

For pigeon and bird control, bat removal, or relief from other pest animals, call our wildlife management experts. Many nuisance wildlife companies offer critter capture and control; our wildlife operators provide professional pest wild animal management. We remove the following AND MORE:

Lawns are Under Attack in Woods Cross, Utah

Gophers and voles and holes, oh my!  The locals in Woods Cross, Utah are losing their beautiful landscaping to gophers and voles!  Here are some of their stories.

I am renting a single family home. I have been trying to repair the lawn and landscaping, but there are gophers, digging up the yard. I have tried sonic devices, granular dry products, smoke pellets, flooding and traps. I have two large dogs in our back yard and it had seemed that the gopher problem in back was gone, then I stepped down and fell through into a tunnel. I would like to get an estimate to have them removed, that I can present to the landlord.

I have gophers invading my backyard. I woke up one morning two weeks ago to a hole in my lawn. I covered it up to see if the animal would re-dig it but that hole was never re-dug.  I have found other spots in my flower bed that have been dug (which is damaging the plants). I did the same thing - covered them to see if they were re-dug. And they keep coming back. Right now the problem is small, but I want get our problem taken care of before it becomes a much larger problem.

My house and all the surrounding houses is in the neighborhood are infested with voles. I don\'t want to kill them but I have no idea how else to get rid of these little critters. They are destroying our yards, gardens, and all around the foundation of the house. We need help badly. My sister and brother-in-law are renting the property there. We are in Woods Cross, Utah. Any suggestions you could give us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
