Rising Sun, Maryland homeowners have pigeon problems

I have a few pigeons nesting on my roof and wanted to get rid of them and prevent them from coming back. Uma S.

I have a pigeon that has made a nest under my covered grill on my rooftop patio. The nest has 2 eggs in it. Every time we open the door to the roof, the pigeon flies out and away from the building. We would love to have this removed and cleaned in an appropriate manner! Gabe W.

I have 2 pigeon nests on my condo balcony. The condo association is installing netting to keep birds from returning, but they need me to remove the birds and clean up the droppings first. I was hoping to get an estimate from you on completing these tasks. Currently there are two nests with two baby pigeons each and 2 adult pigeons that come onto the balcony at any given time.
