Large Animals are making Large Messes in Eden, Utah

We have a raccoon in our garage. At the end of the garage as you put your car in there’s sort of a space that leads up to a little cubby attic-type area. Like I mentioned there is a raccoon up there and we think that it\'s just been for about a day because we noticed that this morning the garbage was torn into in the garage and then we just barely saw him trying to get into the garbage in the garage but there\'s nothing there anymore.  We scared him and he jumped right up to that spot. We can’t (and don’t want to) crawl up there to get him out but we don’t want him to cause any damage!

A raccoon has torn a hole in the soffit of our roof and is denning in the area between the ceiling and roof. It’s not an attic, this area is closed off from rest of house. We noticed the smell first and just recently discovered the hole and then just last night we saw a raccoon go into the actual hole. We don’t want this animal in our home causing damage, we just need this animal removed! And soon!

Not only are raccoons quite the trouble makers, but skunks can cause quite a stink, also.  This customer couldn’t seem to get rid of the smell that was permeating her home and approached us to help her out.

 

I am basically calling about Skunk Odor Removal from my home. It looks (and smells) like a skunk sprayed very close to my home. It’s the animals that you can’t spot so easily that you have to keep an eye on, if you don’t believe me as the residents of Eden, Utah, they know!  There is a wide range of animals that can get into your home and/or property and cause hundreds of dollars of expenses.  These customers were losing (or risked losing) quite a bit of cash with their animal problems

When dealing with voles, people can risk more than just lawn damage, but health hazards as well.  Voles can spread Hantavirus, a very serious disease.  Some people don’t realize this before calling, but we quickly inform them of the problem.  This customer was having troubles with voles for years and tried to get rid of them! As soon as she realized she was having little success and the risk was growing, she called in the professionals.

 

We are having problems with voles invading our lawns. We have had voles ever since we moved in here 3 or 4 years ago and they just keep getting worse and worse. Nothing, I\'ve tried has really worked in the past, they avoid any traps like crazy. I\'ve even tried using apples and peanut butter and still no luck. Hello, I had bats in my attic a year ago and had remediation to keep them out. I am selling my home and the inspection found a new dead bat and a mouse in the attic along with some (what looked like) fresh droppings. I am looking for someone to remove the carcasses and clean the droppings.  I would also appreciate it if you would do another inspection to tell me if the home is still an active site for bats or if they were just passing through. Thank you.

We recently discovered that we have bats in the attic. Well, they are not in the attic per se, they are making home between a screen we have over the gable into the house (the air vents) and a screen that\'s keeping them from coming inside the attic itself. We\'ve put in screen on the outside but somehow they still find a way in. It\'s just through one gable into the house. There\'s approximately 7 or 8 that we’ve seen in there during the day.
